However, it's important to note that while the Web Chat is encrypted, if your device is compromised, others may still access the conversation.  Please ensure you're using a secure device for your chat session.  If you suspect your device may be compromised, we recommend switching to a safe, untampered device for the chat, or contacting an advocate by phone at 419-636-7272.
